Morning Productivity Thoughts

Started my day with a 10-minute yoga “class” followed by 5 minutes of meditation before checking any devices - or even having coffee. Helped my mental clarity extremely.

I’ve also been experimenting with “deep work blocks” in the morning after I brought the kids to kindergarten/pre-school. No Slack, no email, just pure focus on the most important task.

Might be onto something here but it requires that I get up way before the kids wake up.
